About me...
My connection to nature has been the foundation of my spiritual journey since I was very young. Time spent beneath the branches of a revered tree taught me the power of grounding, stillness, and deep connection to the Divine—lessons that continue to guide my work today.
For more than 20 years, I have been devoted to holistic and energetic healing, helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom through Reiki, vibrational frequency healing, acupressure, and reflexology. Alongside my energy healing practice, my 30 years as a dental hygienist have deepened my understanding of the body, the importance of compassionate care, and the powerful connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and overall balance.

What to expect in a healing session with me:
During a session, I work with universal life force energy through the practice of Reiki, serving as a compassionate channel to support relaxation, balance, and inner harmony. The practitioner’s role is not to use personal energy, but to cultivate stillness, presence, and intention while allowing energy to flow where it is needed.
Your session begins with a gentle conversation where you may share anything you would like to release or explore—physically, emotionally, or energetically. You will then relax fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table, with optional blankets and aromatherapy to enhance your experience.
